I liked that there were a lot of density options, but picking the right one was kind of confusing. Based on this one experience, I feel like having more choices can sometimes make things harder instead of easier.

I got replacement foam with fabric and my biggest worry was whether the color would match!! It ended up being really close to what I already had, maybe just a tiny bit different in certain lighting, but it’s not something you’d really notice!! It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out!! I’d definitely use them again!!

The materials seemed fine overall, but I really wish they explained the different foam types a bit better. I was left guessing more than I expected, lol.

I had a question before placing my order and support got back to me really quickly. As someone who overthinks purchases and gets easily confused when details aren’t clear, I really appreciated how friendly and straightforward they were. They explained everything in a simple way and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

The replies took longer than I expected, and some of the details were confusing enough that I had to keep double-checking things. It did get sorted in the end, but it kind of made me lose trust in how they handle bigger orders

I ordered foam from FoamOrder, the foam itself was fine!! No real complaints there. But the delivery part?? Frustrating. The shipping estimate wasn’t super clear, and it ended up showing up several days later than I expected. I kept checking the tracking over and over, but there wasn’t much helpful info, which got annoying fast!!! Overall, not the worst experience ever… but if you need your order by a certain date, I’d definitely be careful.

Am I the only one who gets nervous ordering custom cuts? Mine showed up about an inch too short, which was frustrating since it was supposed to be made to the exact size I needed

I canceled my order and asked for a refund, thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. I had to keep following up by email, and the replies I got were short and didn’t really answer my questions. From my experience, if a return or refund process isn’t easy to deal with, it makes me not want to order again. Unfortunately, this was my first order and probably my last.

The foam choices were totally fine, no real issue there. But the fabric selection felt a little too limited for what I needed, especially since I was looking for outdoor cushions and wanted more colors and textures to compare.

Some of the swatches also didn’t look quite like I expected, which made choosing more frustrating than it should’ve been. The site isn’t bad, I just wanted more options. That’s all.

I ordered the foam swatches first and I’m really glad I did. My sister helped me compare them, and it made picking the right one so much easier than guessing online. Shipping was okay, not the fastest, but not a big deal. Definitely happy I tried the samples before ordering the bigger piece

I really wanted to like this, but the foam is way firmer than I expected and just not comfortable. I gave it a few nights to see if it would get better, but my back actually felt worse. On top of that, dealing with all the steps to set it up and try to make it work was frustrating. Overall, I’m disappointed

The foam showed up dented, and the box barely had any protection inside, so it didn’t really stand a chance in shipping. What made it more annoying was getting constant aggressive reminders to leave a review before I’d even had time to deal with the issue

From what I remember, the foam had a strong smell when I first got it. It wasn’t unbearable, but it definitely stood out for the first few days before it finally started to fade.

After spending that much, it was frustrating, really frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again if the warranty is something you care about.

I ordered a custom piece of foam for a chair cushion since I’ve been slowly trying to fix up an old chair in the corner of my living room. The sizing was close to what I asked for, and once it was in the cover, it felt decent enough to sit on. It’s not uncomfortable or anything. My main issue is that the edges were kind of rough and not as clean-looking as I expected. I know it’s just foam and it’s mostly hidden, but for the price I thought it would look a bit more finished. It does the job for basic use, so I’m not totally unhappy with it, but I wouldn’t call it amazing quality either.

I really appreciated that FoamOrder’s return policy was easy to find and not buried somewhere in tiny print, because that always makes me feel a little suspicious, you know?

They explained clearly what could be returned and what couldn’t, especially when it comes to custom foam items. That made me feel a lot better about placing my order instead of sitting there overthinking every detail.

It didn’t feel like they were trying to catch you with confusing rules or hidden conditions. Just simple, fair, and easy to understand, which I think is how it should be, right? Definitely 5 stars from me
